Basic chemical and physical data: Beta-cypermethrin technical is white to yellowish powder. Melting point 63 - 65℃. Solubility: 0.01mg/L in water, steadily soluble in xylene. It is stable in neutral and weak acidic condition, it will easily hydrolyze in alkaline. It is stable to high temperature, loss weight at over 220℃.
Usage: Beta-Cypermethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide with 2 times effectiveness of cypermethrin, high killing ability and rapid knock down function to insects by contact poisoning and stomach action, effectively kills lepidoptera, hemiptera, diptera, homoptera, coleoptera and injurious insects on cotton, vegetables, fruit, trees and other crops, effectively kills such injurious insects as mosquitos, cockroaches, fleas, bugs and ants.
Toxicity: The acute oral LD50 in rats is 649mg/kg, the acute dermal LD50 in rats is 1830mg/kg. It is Irritating to skin and eyes. It is highly toxic to fish, honeybees, silkworms and earthworms.
Storage: Beta-Cypermethrin shall be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. It should not be stored or transported along with foods.
