ES-Fenvalerate is colorless crystal (pure), white powder (technical). Density:1.26g/cm3; melting point: 59.0 – 60.2℃ (pure), 49.9 – 55.7℃ (technical), boiling point: 151 – 167℃. Vapor pressure: 0.067mPa (25℃). Solubility (25℃): 0.3mg/L in water, greater than 600g/L in acetone, acetonitrile, chloroform, ethyl acetate, dimethylformamide, dimethyl sulfoxide, 4-methyl-2-pentanone, and 10 – 50g/kg in hexane, 70 – 100g/kg in methanol. It is stable to light. |
Usage: |
Esfenvalerate is a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide which is used on a wide range of pests such as moths, flies, beetles, and other insects. It is used on vegetable crops, tree fruit, and nut crops. |
